Runway4 includes an upgraded email sending engine that allows users to combine email copy templates with any email design. For example, a generic sales follow-up letter with a specific product template. For inbound emails, Runway can receive emails directly from a mailbox or from Outlook. Emails can then be saved against the specific contact record.

The new calendar includes dag and drop appointments, reduced view and twin calendar compare mode.
